​​​CONDITIONS OF USE

​Take care when using these Flow Ropes, you use them entirely at your own risk.

​

I shall not be held liable for any consequential loss, damage or injury sustained by the use of the Flow Rope.

​

Be aware that if your body is not accustomed to Flow Roping it may need to adjust, so go steady to begin with and allow for a period of adjustment. You need to be your own best judge in this respect.

Exercise your own judgement with regard to your capacities to work with a Flow Rope safely and accept that the rope has the potential to cause injury to yourself and others. The same judgement must be exercised for those using Flow Ropes in your care and under your supervision. Children must be supervised when using a Flow Rope.

Flow Ropes with stopper knot 'handles' may cause injury through movement, impact, abrasion, entanglement, strangulation and tripping. It is likely that you will let go of the rope by mistake whilst swinging it, or wrap it around your body, or strike yourself in the face. You may strain, tear and otherwise damage your body.

Use them in places, spaces and environments that are appropriate so that you do not present a hazard to others or property, or risk injury to yourself.

TERMS OF SALE

The sale shall be subject to the CONDITIONS OF USE.

The TERMS OF SALE and CONDITIONS OF USE may be changed at any time and without notice.

​These Flow Ropes are sold for your private and personal use only. They are not to be used in a commercial context, a business for example, and shall not be re-sold for profit.

They are sold entirely at my discretion. I resreve the right to refuse a sale.
 

The prices may change at any time.

You may send it back any time for a full refund or exchange (not including the postage) if it is in new condition.
